Earlier this year I spent some time photographing Montgomery Distillery here in Missoula, Montana  and Bowser Brewing in Great Falls, Montana.  Ryan Montgomery and Evan Bowser are cousins who both happened to go into the alcohol industry here in Montana.  Ryan and Jenny are creating vodka, gin, and aquavit in their Missoula distillery.  Evan is brewing a variety of beers at his brewery.  You can read all about their family history and commitment to creating quality beverages in the latest issue of Montana Magazine.  It has been a nice challenge to shoot and photograph stories lately and this is on of several I’ve been working on.
